Dear customers, The Tamarack is not 'Fast food'
Our menu offers traditional fried seafood and chowder as well as burgers, hotdogs and sandwiches at reasonable prices. We cook each meal to order..the way you want it prepared. This is one of the main attractions to Tamarack . Keeping with this tradition is the policy that the food is always fresh and prepared on-site. We stay away from the 'pre-packaged' foods that have become a staple of the 'fast food' or the high turnover chain restaurants so common today. Tamarack is an 'Old fashioned New England seafood shack', our lobster rolls and fried clams are legendary, our soups, chowders and chili are home made on site, our burgers are made with beef that is purchased locally and ground FRESH for us every day! Our lobster rolls are 100% North Atlantic lobster with no fillers or langostinos. You pay for lobster and that's what you get..Lobster (tho we will add some celery or cucumbers if you'd like!)
